Who Qualifies

The families of all members of the US Military and National Guard who have died since September 11, 2001 as a result of injuries sustained in combat or of injuries while on duty in an active combat zone are eligible to receive one of our quilts.  Limit one free quilt per fallen hero.  Additional quilts can be ordered at cost.

How Does a Family Apply for a Free Memorial Photo Quilt?

We will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your application.  We will also ask you to provide some confirmation that you qualify for the quilt.  Upon confirming your application, we will place your name on our waiting list and you will be notified when production of your quilt will begin.  Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.

Who is Paying for the Quilts?

To date, the directors have personally underwritten the Foundation.  We process applications and make these quilts as a labor of love, as funds become available through our personal resources or through individual and corporate sponsorship. Our ability to produce free memorial quilts depends largely on the generosity of our supporters and sponsors.  We will do our best to process every quilt request, but no guarantee is expressed or implied regarding your application.
